• Resolution Process: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, if necessary.

Return shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by 23rd & Oak LLC.

2. Custom Orders and Accuracy

All items are custom and made to order based on the personalization information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

• No Changes or Cancellations: Changes and cancellations cannot be made after a purchase is completed.
• Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all personalization details are accurate when placing your order, as we are unable to make adjustments or provide refunds for errors submitted by the customer.
